*April Fools* New Cover Art for Memory’s Wake Released!

Originally posted on the 1st of April, so no need to take anything below seriously 😉
In my usual indecisive way, I’ve decided that I didn’t like the cover art for Memory’s Wake. I’ve been working on the new cover and come up with something I’m pleased with, that I think will sell a stack more books, too. I wanted to surprise you all with a brand new cover design! Here it is!
Memory's Wake- Young Adult Fantasy Novel with Abs
What do you think? Better, right? It will be uploading to Amazon and other publishers shortly so you can get it on your ebooks and paperbacks. Paperbacks, of course, are the best option, so everyone can see what you’re reading and go, “Hey, who is that sexy looking fellow? I want to read that too!”. Ebooks are the better option for women over 30 who prefer to hide the fact they drool over teenagers in stories *coughNotMecoughNever*.
In related news, I’ve decided I’m not going to continue the trilogy. One book is enough. The others are too hard. I give up. For those who wanted to know what happened to the characters and how it was going to end, here it is-
Memory was really an alien, and ends up marrying the dragon. Sorry to those who didn’t want spoilers.

  1. I’m slightly sad this cover is an April fools it’s really good, who doesn’t love half naked sexy boys

  2. Lol as Jo and Sally pointed out. April Fools. No one is fooled. Although the cover art is a good alternate option if buys wants a choice between covers. I love both. *___*
Damn… all this art and books stuffs makes me wish I could do the same for my novel project. 🙁

    1. Oooh. Thank you Selina. Well my dream was always to do something like you did with Memory’s Wake with my novels being illustrated novels. But I’m not really good with my writing, and I cannot draw. lol I’m finding it really hard to write at all really. Even though this project as been with me since year 9 of high school, I haven’t had much success with it and doing what I’ve always wanted to do with it. I don’t really mean to whine about it especially on your website, I’m just at a stage of giving up because I don’t know what else I can do. I could do creative writing courses but that costs money, which I don’t really have.

      1. If you’re writing in the sci-fi or fantasy genre, try http://sff.onlinewritingworkshop.com/
It’s a great place for learning how to write, other authors providing critiques and help as you write. There’s a small membership fee but it’s totally worth it, and cheaper than any other writing courses. I learned SO MUCH there.

        1. Yes, I am writing fantasy.. speculative fiction. Thank you for the link. I looked into them before but didn’t quite know what it was for. Thanks again for linking it again. I hope it could come in handy for someone on a budget.
I’ve written stories before, but I still keep having problems writing it. I know there is much more I need to learn before I am comfortable doing anything.
I thank you again so much Selina! <3

  3. You’re such a kidder, dear. And Sally can’t be the Queen of England because Scotland finally won and I am.
    Mumsy

  4. It was a good April Fool’s thing. You might’ve had me fooled with the cover if you hadn’t put that you weren’t continuing the trilogy. Heh.
That said, I do really LIKE the cover. He’s incredibly hot. 🙂
