WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Due to how Selina’s parcel contract with Australia Post works, and all Selina’s other duties (creating, managing, living this artist life), Selina generally only ships once per week. Normally on Tuesdays.
If you have an urgent deadline to receive your parcel, please email to inform Selina so she can get your order on its way faster!
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY ORDER?
Once your order is sent, delivery of orders within Australia can take 1-6 business days, and delivery overseas can take 8-14 business days.

Selina’s studio is Australian based, and all orders are filled and shipped from Australia. Selina regularly ships all over the world, and has had customers in over 40 different countries!

This site offers shopping in three currencies- Australian dollars, US dollars, and Euros. Australian customers must use Australian dollars, all other countries please select either US dollars or Euros as appropriate to you.
Please note that due to the nature of AUCTIONS, the currency converter does not work for products on auction.
GST FOR AUSTRALIAN CUSTOMERS
All orders for Australian customers will include GST. Because we have many international customers, GST will only show up in product prices after you have confirmed your billing address as Australian during checkout.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
If your order is eligible for a tracking number, you will receive this number in your delivery confirmation email when your order is shipped. The following delivery options will receive a tracking number-

All Australian orders sent as parcels (not including Large Letters) will also receive complimentary free tracking.
WILL I BE CHARGED IMPORT TAXES OR DUTIES TO RECEIVE MY PARCEL?
Any orders being sent outside of Australia may attract import taxes or duties depending on each different countries laws. A great place to check what you might be charged is The Online Duty Calculator. Any import taxes and charges are the responsibility of the customer. Selina always attaches an accurate customs form declaration to her parcels, as it is a legal offense to give fraudulent details on customs forms (e.g. to misrepresent the value of the parcel in order to avoid import charges).
