Selina has a 100% customer satisfaction policy and been running her business for over ten years, so please feel free to shop with confidence!
Please read over the information below so you know what to expect when ordering, but also know there are real people that will do whatever is needed to make sure you are completely happy with your ordering experience.
Where do my orders come from?
Due to Selina’s many other responsibilities as a full time artist, author, designer, publisher, manager, and mother, she has chosen to reduce the amount of hands-on manufacturing she does, in order to free up time for new paintings and creations.
The products in this store are created by select print-on-demand companies who she outsources production to, located in the USA, Australia, and Europe.
Only original paintings are shipped directly from Selina’s studio in Australia.
When will my order ship?
All products are created with care on demand after the order has been placed, a process that generally takes 3-5 days.
How long will it take to get my order, and can I track delivery?
Orders will be sent from the closest fulfillment centre to you, to reduce shipping cost and time, so delivery time varies greatly depending on the products ordered, their place of origin, and where they are going.
If you are ordering more than one product it is likely you will receive your items in separate packages, as not all fulfillment facilities can produce all items.
If your order is eligible for a tracking number, you will receive this number in your delivery confirmation email when your order is shipped.
Currency Options
You can view prices in the store and shopping basket in your chosen currency using the currency selector menu at the right of the page.
GST for Australian Customers
All orders for Australian customers will include GST. Because we have many international customers, GST will only show up after you have confirmed your billing address as Australian during checkout.
Notice for UK Customers
Unfortunately, due to taxation changes put into place during Brexit, we can no longer make sales to customers in the UK.

Import taxes or duties
Orders may attract import taxes or duties depending on each different country’s laws. Any import taxes and charges are the responsibility of the customer. Parcels always include accurate customs form declarations, as it is a legal offense to give fraudulent details on customs forms (e.g. to misrepresent the value of the parcel in order to avoid import charges).
Can I get something signed by Selina?
Apart from Original Artworks which all come signed, other products in this store come from external providers, and so Selina is not able to sign those products. If you would like a signed bookplate to insert into one of your books, contact Selina with your request.
