Original Art – Storykeeper Unfinished Early Version

Sometimes when creating an artwork, there are “false starts”, where something isn’t going quite right and the artist will start again from scratch.

That happened with Selina’s “Storykeeper” artwork.

Available here is the original hand drawn ink work, with a few watercolour washes. Selina stopped work on the artwork at this point after making the decision to move from medium-rough to smooth watercolour paper. A second version of Storykeeper was then fully completed and is a part of Selina’s private collection.

Selina is now offering this first “false start” unfinished original for sale.

It is as shown in the photos, and has some watercolour test swatches painted on the back as well.

This will be a reverse auction!

The starting price is $300 US dollars (plus any taxes and tariffs).

Each day from now, the price will drop $20 until somebody claims the artwork.
